Like the name suggest, this is a skirt that really features all the shades of blue. The patterns flow down in a linear design, reminiscent of brush strokes. The fitted waistband brings the skirt together into it's straight shape, perfectly forming around the body in a flared way. The buttons down the front are only for extra detail, but they do add an interesting twist on the skirt.
